Maleficent is returning! Last summer a new special ticketed event debuted at the Magic Kingdom. Disney Villains After Hours took the lower crowds and free ice cream novelties from Disney After Hours, and added an eye or newt…or maybe it was just some villainous fun. If you missed Disney Villains After Hours, or if you went and want to go again, there is good news. Disney villains After Hours is set to return next year! That is not all the good news in the announcement. It is going to return on February 7, and it will run on select nights through July 14. It will take place 24 times total!
The biggest draw of the Disney After Hours events is that there are lower crowds. Many rides are walk on, and others have very low Wait Times. With Disney Villains After Hours, there are also enhancements. There is a stage show called Villains Unite the Night, which features some of your favorite Disney baddies. There is a dance party in front of Cinderella Castle. There are enhancements to both Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain. My favorite addition for Disney Villains After Hours was Maleficent. She roamed the park in all her fire breathing glory!
Disney Villains After Hours will take place on select evenings. A separate ticket is required, and your ticket will allow you to enter the park a couple of hours early.
